We’ve upgraded our AI systems. Luna is now much smarter and more autonomous. She works together with n8n (for reliable automations and WhatsApp bridging) and Oracle (our team intelligence layer) to reduce manual work, give faster answers, and keep quality high across the glamping site.
Everything is designed for your phone browser. Bookmark the important links. Use voice input where possible. If something isn’t working, screenshot it and WhatsApp Casey or Luna directly (+44 7700 182082).
1. Your Main AI Helper: Luna (Now Powered by n8n)
Luna is your 24/7 AI co-pilot. She knows the entire Guest FAQ, troubleshooting guide, unit details, hot tub protocols, policies, and local Lincoln area info.

Pro tips for best answers:

Start with #team for internal questions (e.g. “#team How do I reset the hot tub P1ER error?”)
Start with #guest for guest-facing messages (e.g. “#guest Standard check-in instructions”)
Just ask naturally — Luna now pulls real-time data from n8n workflows.

2. Guest Ready Photo Checks (Cleaning Team)
Rosie, Paula, Keighley, Andrea, Kinga — please complete this after every clean.

New improvement: Upload 5–8 clear photos (bed, bathroom, kitchenette, hot tub, floors, overall view).
n8n automatically sends the photos to Grok Vision for objective quality review. You’ll get fast feedback via WhatsApp if anything needs a quick touch-up.
This helps us maintain consistently high standards without Casey having to drive out every time.
3. Site Check Form (On-Site Inspections)
Rosie & Casey — use when doing broader site walks (especially Mondays/Fridays).

4. Maintenance & Hot Tub Tasks (Ollie, Andy, Adam)
Live Maintenance Dashboard is now inside the Luna Team Portal:

All tasks are prioritised (Urgent / High / Medium / Low) with assignees and due dates.
Photo uploads for completed work are processed automatically via n8n → Grok Vision.

5. Team Oracle – Smart Team Intelligence
New in 2026:
Oracle helps match tasks to the right person based on availability and skills.
Access it directly from the Luna Portal: Team Oracle
Ask Oracle things like:

“Who is available for hot tub maintenance this Friday?”
“Show me this week’s cleaning rota”
