A guest messaged us recently to say their room felt cold. Our system read the message, understood what was needed, adjusted the heating, and confirmed back with the guest that it was sorted — all inside 13 minutes, in the middle of the night, with no one needing to be woken up.

Handled the traditional out-of-hours way, the same request would typically have taken around 4 times as long to reach the right person and get resolved.

That is the result of work we have been putting into building more responsive, natural-language systems behind the scenes — software that understands what a guest is actually asking for, takes real action, and only tells the guest something is done once it is genuinely confirmed. No guesswork, no empty reassurances.

We are building toward however and whenever a guest asks, not whenever we are back online.
