We’re proud to offer hot tub facilities at our properties. Here’s everything you need to know about using them during your stay.

🛁 The Basics

We have multiple hot tubs available across our properties, with fresh water changes multiple times per week. An emergency hot tub is available 6 days a week — your host can advise if one is in use on your arrival day.

🌡️ Temperature Controls

Pre-heating schedule:

  • Hot tubs are pre-heated to 30-35°C by 3pm daily
  • Temperature rises 1°C per hour after pre-heating
  • Temperatures above 35°C must be manually adjusted by you using the control panel

Why? We balance water quality, energy efficiency, and guest comfort. The gradual heating gives you flexibility — enjoy a gentler soak at 3pm or a warmer dip later in the evening.

⚙️ Important Operating Instructions

PLEASE READ — This is important for your comfort:

  • Keep the lid ON — this allows the heater to work properly and temperature to increase
  • Keep the heater ON — don’t turn it off during your stay
  • Do NOT turn the hot tub off — it needs to stay on for continuous heating and circulation
  • Note: On some models, the heating automatically turns off when bubbles are turned on — this is by design. The water will continue to stay warm, but won’t increase temperature while bubbles run

If you want to increase temperature with bubbles on, turn bubbles off first, allow temperature to rise, then turn bubbles back on.

⚠️ Filter Warning Light

Your hot tub has an auto timer that alerts every 7 days when the filter needs attention. This is normal! We change filters more frequently than the timer suggests.

If you see the filter warning light:

  • Simply press the top left button for 5 seconds to clear the warning
  • The heater LED must be OFF when you do this
  • Your host will service the filter during their daily maintenance

🧹 Maintenance & Cleanliness

Your hot tub is cleaned daily by our professional team:

  • Water quality: Fresh water changes multiple times per week
  • Debris removal: Two dedicated hot tub vacuums keep the water clear
  • Safety: Net available by each hot tub for added safety
  • Filters: Changed regularly (more than the 7-day auto timer suggests)

⏱️ Preparation Between Guests

We have a 4-hour window between guests to prepare each hot tub. This includes water changes, cleaning, and temperature checks. If you notice any issues, contact your host immediately.

🔧 Full Refills

If a full water change is needed, we can empty and refill the hot tub in 3 hours. This is done during scheduled maintenance or if water quality requires it.
